Shipping Policy

Where we ship We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. 

Shipping costs Standard delivery is £2.99, free on UK orders over £20.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 working days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another with tracking once it ships.

Delivery time Most orders arrive within 7–12 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can sometimes be affected by busy periods or courier delays.

Order tracking Every order comes with a tracking number, sent by email once your item ships.

Multiple packages If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. This is normal and doesn't cost you anything extra.

Late or missing orders If your order hasn't arrived within 15 working days of dispatch, please email minifigureadventures@outlook.com and we'll track it down, resend it, or give you a full refund.

Incorrect address Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address, but contact us quickly and we'll do our best to help.
